For devotional Sis. Hebner played a song by Alicia Keyes "There's Hope" and read the scripture
2 Nephi 31:20. "Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men"
The class reviewed the basic doctrines of the Creation, the Fall of Adam, and the Atonement of Jesus Christ as the three foundational principles of the gospel. see D&C 20:17-24
