The Sacrament and putting on the whole armour of God

Today we met in the Chapel and discussed the emblems of the Sacrament;  why we can use water  instead of wine.  Also we answered questions about our individual feelings about our relationship with Christ and how what we can do and how we prepare to receive the Sacrament each sunday.
The glue-in that was given out today was a reminder of why we put on the whole armour of God.
Elder Harold B. Lee said,  "We have the four parts of the body that...[are] the most vulnerable to the powers of darkness. The loins, typifying virtue, chastity.  The heart, typifying our conduct.  Our feet, our goals or objectives in life and finallly, our head, our thoughts.
